What is education, anyway?  It is the process of conveying information by a skilled individual to others so that they may understand a particular concept.  Simple enough, but what is education as it pertains to real estate investing, and how does our education differ from conventional learning?  We will explain all of this and show you why it is far more valuable that conventional or book-learning, so keep reading.

At most educational institutions, the conveyance of knowledge comes from professionals that are highly skilled in the process of education.  They learn ideas and concepts then instruct their students from that knowledge.  In many cases, this is more than adequate because the student may not have a need for detail-oriented instruction that needs to be put into immediate practice.

Real estate investing education is one of those places where much of the knowledge can be put to practical use immediately, so it’s really important that this education be direct and thorough.  It’s even more important that key details of the practices taught are not skipped, and that they are explained in full detail.
